Millsaps College is a private liberal arts college located in Jackson, which is the capital and the most populous city of the US state of Mississippi, as well as one of the 2 county seats of Hinds County (the town of Raymond is the other), housing a number of nearly 174 000 people, within its limits, as estimated during the 2008 census.
